Octagonal, finely textured, browned Damascus steel barrels, breech screw with rear sight and case-hardened rifling. Rear-set locks, case-hardened steel fittings. Faceted pommel caps. Finely grained walnut burl stocks, original ramrods. Bright, smoothbore barrels. Serial numbers and the signature “B.S. St. Etienne” are inscribed under the barrel. Length 28 cm, barrel length 14 cm. Barrels show some thin patina, otherwise in very good condition and function, strong springs and sear. These are likely privately acquired weapons from an officer, very similar to the Model 1833.
