Octagonal barrel merging into round, chamber with smith’s marks on the side. Banana-shaped rounded lock plate with a mark between the battery spring. Strong tap with a long tap screw. Iron fittings with simple decorative filing. Darkened beech stock with a large, oval thumb rest. Simple front ring with grain. Length 145 cm, barrel length 104 cm. Steel parts with a thick patina, fine rust scars, stock in the lower area restored anobia, very good function. Weapon comes from an old South Hessian collection.
