Iron crankcase, center bar with brass master mark in gothic minuscule (for Nuremberg, see Armourers Marks by Dudley S. Hawtrey Gyngell p.35). Curved crank with rotating, turned wooden handle. Forged rack with tendon holder and existing belt clip. Probably original shaft loop made of knotted hemp cords. Length 34 cm. Superficial, cleaned rust spots. For the age very good condition and function.
